The new reviewed entry fees for the Dashain Party, Sunday, 6th October 2013

Dear all,

For your information, the BNC executive committee have heard and looked into your comments regarding entry fee being expensive. We've consulted, reviewed and various efforts have been exercised to shrink the entry fee as down as possible.

We would also like to remind you all that as we have to pay £10 per head that includes children for the buffet catering and must not be less than 100 person and have a hall charge for £450 pounds, we've got ascertained that the amount we get from the entry fees as listed below won't be sufficient for covering the expenses. We have now decided to use our available small fund which was thought to have used only at emergency situations hence the reviewed fee is as shown below:

Adult BNC members: £12.00
Adult non members: £15.00
Children between ( 5-12) years; £9.00
Children below 5 years: Free

Please be updated on our community website and Facebook. We've put our tremendous efforts as always to combine everyone together under one organisation. We always welcome your comments and the suggestions.

As always our executive committee will be transparent to you all. After an event is conducted, you will be informed all income and expenditure to reveal where the stipend were spent.

Finally, BNC will expect your active participation for the upcoming Dashain Party. Should you have any questions or comments, please do feel free to contact us.

Thank you.
